Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Arkansas teaching license in English Language Arts or be eligible for Arkansas licensure through an approved alternative licensure program.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to student growth and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned ELA instruction.
• Collaborate with PLC/CTM teams to support student achievement.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
