Qualifications: Valid Arkansas teaching license-(5th & 8th Grade Math)

                            Four (4) years classroom teaching experience

                            Instructional Facilitator Endorsement (Preferred)

                            Skillful collaborator as evidenced by:

                                    Communication skills

                                    Collaboration skills

                                    Interpersonal skills

                                    Experience with instruction of adult learners

                                    Time management

                                    Planning and organizational skills

                             Skillful in curriculum implementation and evaluation as evidenced by:

                                     Knowledge of Arkansas content standards and Commom Core State Standards

                                     Knowledge of effective/research based instructional practices

                                     Knowledge of researched based assessment

                                     Data analysis skills

                                     Problem-solving skills

                                     Experieince providing/facilitationg professional development/learning

                                     Knowledge of pedagogy

                                     Research Based Ideas 

                                   Contract Length: 208.5

Salary:                       HPS Teacher's Salary Schedule

 This position will work at both Hope Academy of Public Service (HAPS) and Yerger Middle School (YMS) and will work with math teachers who teach grades 5-8.
